FORTE ANSWER PAGE · MESSAGING

Our product is hard to explain. How do we write one message for several buyers?

One story in your customers' own words, pointed at a different asset for each buyer. Forte Growth's Message-Market Fit System gets there in six weeks: interview five recent customers, build a translation table from what they said, then rewrite every asset from it.

Why can nobody repeat back what we do?

Because the words are yours, not theirs. Forte Growth's Message-Market Fit System treats that as a messaging problem, not a product problem: if a customer who has read your homepage cannot say what you do in words of their own, the message is broken. Comprehensive, end-to-end and turnkey sit where a specific claim should be.

Where do the words come from?

From your five most recent customers. Forte Growth's Message-Market Fit System records thirty minutes with each and asks five questions: the problem they were solving, how they described it to their own team, what they used before, why they chose you, and how they would describe you to a peer. The second answer is the wording that got budget approved.

Every phrase you would not have written goes into a translation table: what you say today, what the customer said, and which asset it belongs in. "Modular architecture" becomes "you can start small and add later", a line for the website.

Can one story really serve several buyers?

Yes, when every asset is written from the same customer language. The third column of the translation table decides where each phrase belongs, sending the same words to the homepage, the pitch deck, the sales call or objection handling. For Atria, Forte Growth built one commercial story and carried it across sales, content and fundraising at once.

Does the message change for a buyer who already knows the category?

It changes at every level, and so does the ask. Forte Growth's Message-Market Fit System sets five awareness levels, each with its own message and one ask: a checklist for a buyer who cannot see the problem yet, a fifteen-minute diagnostic for one researching options, and the demo request only at the last level. What does not change is the customer language all five are written from.

What does Forte Growth take over?

Forte Growth takes over your go to market and marketing from the message outwards: the customer language, the translation table, positioning, and the homepage, deck, content and outbound rewritten from it. It builds that layer, improves it on the replies and calls, and runs it to get you results.

Week six is the test: ten outbound messages with the language as the only change, then the reply rate before against after. Everything written from the table stays with your company. Which company and which role you are writing to is a separate question: "How do we define our ICP when different roles have bought from us?"
